Job Summary

This role seeks an Automation Project Engineer to join the Automation & Controls team in Oelde, focusing on control engineering and hardware project planning for sophisticated pharmaceutical production plants. The engineer will be responsible for leading automation projects through the order processing phase, developing customized solutions in close collaboration with global customers, and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements like GAMP 5, EU GMP, and 21 CFR Part 11. Day-to-day tasks include supporting sales with quotes and pre-calculations, performing detailed electrical engineering, managing interfaces, and providing technical support until project handover. Key qualifications include a background as a technician or a degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation, coupled with experience in standard-compliant control cabinet construction. The ideal candidate must be fluent in German and proficient in English, possess strong analytical skills, and be prepared for domestic and international business travel.
