Job Summary

This position places you within the German Quality Management (QM) team, operating under the Global Operations Paint & Resin unit, which focuses on innovative coatings solutions. The core mission is to drive QM projects independently, ensuring the continuous improvement and stability of the European QM system through best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include agreeing upon and monitoring quality-related corrective and preventive measures with process owners, conducting internal audits, and preparing for and supporting external customer audits. You will also support supplier management in accordance with QM requirements and process releases. The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in a scientific or technical field and is a certified internal auditor (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3). Success requires deep expertise in Automotive Core Tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA) and strong communication skills in both German and English.
