This IT Support Engineer role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining the IT infrastructure for various clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently analyzing technical problems and collaborating with the team to find effective solutions. A significant part of the role includes providing first-level telephone support, answering specialized technical questions, and offering initial solutions for diverse IT challenges. You will also assess customer inquiries to determine responsibility, supporting both general IT technology and specialized network and data center topics. This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a dedicated on-site presence with a customer in Dresden, offering continuous professional development through the Bechtle Academy and attractive benefits like 30 days of vacation.
