Job Summary

This role is for a Group Manager in Electronics Manufacturing, leading teams responsible for producing customized intralogistics solutions for a globally operating manufacturer. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating assembly teams, overseeing cable and PCB assembly, and managing precise soldering work. You will be responsible for planning and controlling production orders using the ERP system, ensuring timely material availability by coordinating with purchasing and warehousing, and rigorously enforcing quality standards, including critical ESD regulations. The ideal candidate must possess a technical vocational background, such as an Electronics or Mechatronics Technician, coupled with relevant prior experience in electromechanical assembly. Key qualifications include proficiency in ERP systems, the ability to create technical production documents (drawings, schematics, and BOMs), and knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
