Job Summary

This Group Leader position is critical for a globally leading manufacturer of highly automated intralogistics solutions. The successful candidate will lead and mentor multiple assembly teams responsible for the mechanical assembly and precise wiring of autonomous transport systems. Key daily tasks involve planning, controlling, and monitoring production orders, ensuring timely completion and high quality in coordination with engineering and project management. You will also be responsible for training employees on mechanical setup, wiring, and commissioning, as well as integrating new products in collaboration with R&D. The role requires a background in technical vocational training (such as an Electronics or Mechatronics Technician) and proven experience in assembling electromechanical devices. Strong organizational skills, familiarity with ERP systems, and knowledge of Lean methodologies are essential for success in driving quality and process optimization.
