Job Summary

The Project Supplier Quality Manager (PSQM) is essential for maintaining high quality standards across the project supply chain, particularly supporting large plant construction initiatives. This role involves assisting the Project Quality Manager and Engineering disciplines in coordinating inspections and ensuring the quality review of documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary Supplier Quality Management (SQM) contact across functions (Procurement, Engineering, Project Management), driving continuous improvement in supplier quality KPIs, and implementing SQM requirements such as preventive measures and technical specifications. The PSQM is also responsible for managing supplier qualification, product/process qualification, and technical development to secure a reliable and cost-effective supply base. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field, possess multi-year experience in supplier qualification, and demonstrate deep expertise in quality methodologies like FMEA and 8D. Fluent German and English skills are mandatory, along with a willingness to travel nationally and internationally up to 50%.
