Job Summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced Electrical Technician to join their team focused on developing the energy systems of the future. This critical role involves the installation and commissioning of high-voltage systems and auxiliary equipment, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations during test runs. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently performing switching operations on high-voltage systems, operating and monitoring test field facilities, and ensuring the operational availability of electrical equipment. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in electrical engineering (e.g., as an Electrician or Mechatronics Technician) and several years of experience with high-voltage system installation. Strong knowledge of reading and evaluating circuit diagrams, basic understanding of measurement, control, and regulation technology (MSR), and fluency in German are essential for success in this role.
