Job Summary

This role involves working as a Technical Order Management Specialist for an internationally active technology group in Frankfurt am Main. The core responsibility is the independent processing, control, and monitoring of customer orders throughout the entire order lifecycle. This includes the crucial technical review and evaluation of customer orders, requiring close coordination with internal departments such as Production, Logistics, Sales, and Project Management to ensure timely deliveries. The specialist will also organize and execute customer acceptance procedures and maintain proactive communication with clients to clarify technical and scheduling details. Ideal candidates should possess a technical qualification, such as a Technician, Master Craftsman, Technical Business Administrator, or a degree in Electrical Control Technology. While initial professional experience (up to 3 years) is beneficial, entry-level candidates with a strong technical background are encouraged to apply. Fluency in German and good English skills are mandatory, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
