Job Summary

This strategic leadership role as Head of IT Infrastructure in Düsseldorf involves steering the IT landscape for the Kassenärztliche Vereinigung Nordrhein (KV Nordrhein), an organization critical to the healthcare provision for 9.5 million people. The successful candidate will strategically lead the department, driving cultural and organizational development while ensuring the infrastructure aligns strictly with business, IT, and service objectives. Key responsibilities include disciplinary leadership, active participation in the "re:start IT" change initiative, and maintaining robust IT security in close cooperation with the Information Security office. Candidates must bring several years of IT leadership experience, particularly in infrastructure or security, coupled with deep knowledge of modern systems like Cloud, Network, Unix/Linux, and Security architectures. Furthermore, strong stakeholder management and communication skills with executive boards and management are essential.
