This role involves ensuring the operational readiness and maintenance of complex electrical and technical laboratory and building equipment within the newly established Radiation Protection Laboratory North in Kulmbach. The specialist will perform crucial maintenance and repair work on measuring and laboratory devices, coordinate external contractors, and provide logistical and technical support within the lab, including sample preparation, data acquisition, and procurement. The ideal candidate must possess a completed vocational qualification as an Electrical Installer, Electronics Technician, or Plant Mechanic, coupled with multi-year professional experience in building and plant technology, especially concerning climate and ventilation systems. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in German are essential for this demanding and varied technical support position dedicated to environmental protection.
