Job Summary

This role seeks a reliable IT Service Technician to manage and maintain the critical IP infrastructure for customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing technical error analysis, troubleshooting issues across various domains like WLAN, Security, and general infrastructure, and conducting customer-specific maintenance both remotely and on-site.
