Job Summary

This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for customer service requests and disruptions related to IT security. The technician will be responsible for processing security-oriented customer inquiries, continuously reviewing and qualifying security vulnerabilities and standards, and ensuring compliance with agreed-upon Service Levels. This position requires close collaboration with the Security Operations Center (SOC) to secure client networks. Ideal candidates will have a background as an IT Specialist for System Integration or System Electronics, possess high technical affinity for IT security, and demonstrate a service-oriented, independent, and customer-focused work style.
