Job Summary

This role focuses on managing the end-to-end complaint process for medical devices, specifically in transfusion medicine and cell therapy. The specialist will be responsible for logging complaints in SAP, investigating and evaluating failure causes using physical samples, and creating comprehensive English documentation and reports. Day-to-day tasks involve significant cross-functional communication in both German and English with various internal units (R&D, Production, Design Centers) and participation in English-speaking meetings. Furthermore, the role supports R&D projects through required laboratory work, measurements, quality controls, and the development and execution of testing methods using human blood. The ideal candidate possesses a medical or biological background, professional experience as a technical assistant or similar role, and proven expertise in complaint handling, ideally within the medical device sector.
