Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Field Service Technician responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimization of technologically advanced systems, primarily serving clients in the automotive industry. Key daily tasks involve performing independent fault diagnosis and problem analysis on-site, collaborating closely with the helpdesk and development teams, and implementing technical upgrades and modernization measures. A crucial component of the role is providing hands-on training and instruction to customer operating personnel and offering technical support via telephone. Candidates must possess completed vocational training (apprenticeship) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Mechanics, ideally supplemented by a Certified Technician or Master Craftsman qualification. Success requires a structured, solution-oriented approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for modern technologies such as measurement/testing equipment or e-mobility. The position requires regular travel for field assignments.
