Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated IT Service Technician focused on maintaining seamless IT operations and providing excellent customer support. Day-to-day responsibilities include processing and resolving tickets within the CMDB, managing IT hardware logistics (exchange, shipping), and ensuring consistent asset management across client systems. A core function involves installing operating systems (Windows 7 & 10), performing data backups, and efficiently troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software incidents. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of services meets contractual obligations and Service Level Agreements (SLA), acting as the company's representative to clients. Candidates must possess an IT qualification or equivalent professional experience, excellent general IT knowledge, proficiency with MS Office, and hands-on experience using Call Tracking systems like ServiceNow or HP SM.
