Job Summary

This role supports IT infrastructure services, focusing heavily on hardware implementation, configuration, and migration for ACP's clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and cabling of various hardware components, including servers, storage, LAN/SAN switches, backup solutions, and tape libraries. Key daily tasks involve performing basic and detailed configuration based on solution designs, migrating customer systems to the newly implemented infrastructure, and ensuring thorough documentation and function testing of all components. Furthermore, you will provide essential 2nd and 3rd level support in the infrastructure domain and conduct workshops to train client IT contacts. We are seeking someone with vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable knowledge, coupled with initial professional experience, ideally in IT infrastructure.
