The IT Support Engineer Monitoring will be instrumental in ensuring the continuous health and performance of customer systems through proactive monitoring and analysis. Daily tasks involve setting up and managing specialized monitoring tools, specifically PRTG and CheckMK, and continuously developing customer monitoring and reporting capabilities. This role requires the ability to oversee and analyze system and network performance, generate detailed reports and dashboards, and collaborate closely with other technical departments to guarantee service availability.
