The Lead Electrical Engineer is responsible for ensuring the safe, cost-optimized, and environmentally sound provision of high-voltage network assets, overseeing maintenance, network expansion, and operational readiness, including managing an on-call system. A core duty is serving as the "Responsible Electrical Specialist," ensuring strict adherence to all relevant laws, norms, and contracts. The position requires leading and motivating a team of six employees, managing budgets and resources, and coordinating external contractors from commissioning through acceptance. Key qualifications include a Master's degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering and at least three years of relevant professional experience, including initial leadership responsibilities.
