Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the reliable and highly available operation of a critical platform for processing prognosis data, crucial for enabling the energy transition. The System Engineer will manage changes, incidents, and problems according to ITIL, plan and execute deployments, configurations, updates, and patches. A key responsibility is the ongoing development of the current prognosis system and acting as the primary technical contact for integrating internal and external partners. The position requires close collaboration with IT infrastructure and security teams within the Elia Group, contributing to the development and operation of a future-proof prognosis system (MCCS). Participation in remote on-call IT support (approximately 4 weeks per year) is required to ensure overall operational stability.
