Job Summary
This role is for an IT Service & Solution Manager to join Schmitt Engineering, a company with over 30 years of engineering expertise. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring adherence to IT service principles and guidelines, contributing to the implementation of IT service and solution management standards, and assisting with budget planning and resource management. Key responsibilities include supporting IT projects from a service management perspective, ensuring quality standards, coordinating escalation processes, and monitoring SLAs and KPIs. The position requires a background in IT or business informatics, relevant professional experience in an IT environment, and strong knowledge of ITIL, agile methodologies, and specific IT tools. This full-time, permanent position offers an attractive compensation package and flexible working arrangements.
