Job Summary

This leadership role requires a strategic Product Development Lead (PDL) to guide the Radiology Connectivity Product Development Team through the entire product lifecycle, from concept initiation through launch and stabilization. The PDL is responsible for driving the success of the medical device and software connectivity portfolio by designing integrated development strategies aligned with regulatory and commercial needs. Key daily tasks include defining and executing development milestones, conducting systematic program reviews, and ensuring programs meet strict quality, budget, and timeline requirements. The ideal candidate possesses an advanced degree in Life Sciences or Engineering, extensive experience in the Radiology industry and medical device development (both software and hardware), and a proven track record in regulatory approval and life cycle management.
