Job Summary

This is a twelve-month tailored Trainee program in Technical Sales focusing on Smart Infrastructure and intelligent building technologies at Siemens. The role offers an immediate, permanent contract and a clear path to an Inside Sales position in Frankfurt, Erlangen, or Mannheim upon completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include gaining comprehensive insights into the operational business through rotations in service teams, sales representatives, and project management, including areas like regional sales, strategy, innovation, and portfolio management. The trainee will actively participate in customer acquisition, preparation for client meetings, and on-site visits, developing strong communication and presentation skills. A key part of the role involves digital expertise, including planning and conducting training formats (Digital & Software Bootcamp) for internal and external stakeholders, and independently presenting technical topics on smart building technology to customers. Candidates should have a recent technical degree such as Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, and a strong interest in Smart Buildings and infrastructure sales.
