Job Summary

This role involves working as a Technical Assistant within the Institute for Hygiene and Microbiology at the University of Würzburg, focusing on demanding tasks in the field of hygiene. Key responsibilities include conducting laboratory examinations related to hospital and water hygiene for the University Hospital Würzburg, as well as performing microbiological testing of pharmaceuticals and cell-based preparations according to the European Pharmacopoeia. The ideal candidate must have a completed professional training as an MTLA, BTA, PTA, or Biology Laboratory Assistant, along with a strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a team. This is a full-time, fixed-term position for two years, with the aim of extension, offering comprehensive training and a varied, highly autonomous role within a motivated team.
