Job Summary

This role is ideal for a student currently pursuing studies in Facility Management, Supply Engineering, or a comparable engineering field, offering hands-on experience in technical facility management within a major energy distribution network operator in Hamburg. The successful candidate will provide crucial administrative support for technical and construction maintenance measures, significantly contributing to operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include meticulous data maintenance within the CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) system, such as recording assets and documenting maintenance plans. You will also actively participate in creating service specifications, lead smaller technical building equipment (TGA) projects, and assist in process optimization within technical facility management. The position requires strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently, ensuring all documentation and operational manuals are current and accurate.
