Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Civil Engineering Foreman to manage challenging shell construction projects within a diverse portfolio that includes major infrastructure such as roads, rail bridges, tunnels, sewage treatment plants, hospitals, and commercial buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full on-site execution of projects, including leading site personnel, coordinating subcontractors, and managing comprehensive site reporting. Key qualifications include a completed certification as a Foreman (Polier) or Master Mason/Concrete Builder, coupled with proven professional experience in a comparable position, strong leadership competency, and assertiveness.
