Job Summary

This role is for a User Help Desk Specialist focused on elevating technology solutions for FERCHAU's clients. The specialist will serve as the first point of contact, primarily handling incoming IT disruptions via telephone. Core responsibilities include accurately logging new trouble tickets, documenting detailed disruption descriptions, and efficiently forwarding system requests, problems, and issues to the appropriate downstream support teams. The specialist is also responsible for managing customer follow-up questions, providing status updates, and communicating resolutions back to the users.
