This role involves supporting the next generation of technology and innovation within the plant engineering sector, working on challenging industrial solutions for renowned clients. The Production Plant Technician is responsible for the comprehensive lifecycle management of production systems, including monitoring, installing new components, and commissioning. A core part of the role is performing optimization, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities, coupled with the programming of automation systems, special machinery, and production plants. You will also focus on integrating machinery with overlying systems and optimizing them for throughput and reliability, requiring close coordination with project management and other departments. Ideal candidates possess a completed technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics, coupled with strong knowledge of PLC programming and professional experience in automation technology and commissioning.
