Job Summary

This role is dedicated to providing essential 1st Level IT support, serving as the primary point of contact for user inquiries and technical issues originating from the headquarters and various locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include the intake, analysis, and processing of user requests, as well as the logging, classification, and forwarding of incoming incident reports using a dedicated ticketing system. A key technical function involves the administration and management of Microsoft Active Directory. Furthermore, the specialist will be responsible for installing software products on end devices and performing client troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification, such as an IT Specialist in System Integration, combined with initial professional experience in a helpdesk environment.
