Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious IT Systems Integration Specialist to manage and maintain critical IT infrastructure for leading solution providers. Day-to-day responsibilities include administering Active Directory domains and Microsoft Exchange, providing essential 1st and 2nd level helpdesk support, and ensuring the continuous availability of systems through diligent configuration, monitoring, and execution of backup and recovery processes. The specialist will also be responsible for the deployment and administration of the client infrastructure. Successful candidates must possess a completed relevant IT apprenticeship or equivalent professional experience, coupled with strong expertise in Microsoft environments, server, client, and network hardware. Knowledge of core network technologies like TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP is highly desirable, as is experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere or Workstation.
