This role is centered on ensuring the safe and sustainable operation of energy technology systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and planning of energy supply systems, alongside the crucial coordination and supervision of technical system maintenance and operation. Daily tasks include developing essential operational instructions and guidelines, driving continuous improvement in processes, and acting as the central technical expert for plant operations. You will support major malfunction events, conduct detailed fault and damage analyses, and contribute to developing future maintenance programs. This position requires a completed engineering degree or equivalent qualification, strong soft skills including assertiveness and teamwork, and ideally, experience in technical system maintenance.
