Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Test Engineer specializing in electric drives for Hybrid and Electric Vehicles (HEVs/EVs) within the automotive industry. The core responsibilities involve the full lifecycle of test programs, including planning, execution, and detailed evaluation of results on dedicated test benches. A key aspect of the role is serving as the primary technical contact for internal and external customer projects related to electric drive testing. Day-to-day tasks also include the planning, setup, and wiring of complex test environments, alongside the continuous development and calibration of advanced measurement and testing techniques. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and demonstrate professional experience with high-voltage components, statistical evaluation, and technical measurement technology.
