Job Summary

The E.ON Energy Markets GmbH is seeking a VAT Senior Manager to independently manage all VAT-related issues for the company, working closely with various departments on national and international projects. This role involves analyzing complex VAT scenarios, assessing their impact on business transactions, and taking responsibility for the timely preparation and submission of VAT returns and declarations. A key focus will be on developing and digitizing internal VAT processes to ensure efficient, future-oriented workflows and maintaining high tax compliance through effective internal control measures. The successful candidate will also support tax audits and special tax topics, such as the introduction of new billing systems and process automation. This position requires a background in economics or law, preferably with a focus on taxation, and fluent proficiency in both German and English, as collaboration with internal and external advisors is often conducted in English.
