Job Summary

This role involves taking on the position of Financial Manager, overseeing comprehensive financial operations within a project matrix organization focused on international defense projects. Key responsibilities include managing project invoicing, determining price adjustments, monitoring payment receipts, and resolving payment discrepancies in coordination with project management. The manager is also responsible for handling payments to shareholders, supervising VAT pre-registrations across various countries, and preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB (German Commercial Code). The successful candidate will act as the primary contact for tax and annual audit examinations, create the annual business plan and interim forecasts, and manage two team members. This position requires a degree in Business Administration or equivalent, extensive commercial experience, and strong proficiency in both German and English.
