Job Summary

This specialist role focuses on supporting chemical development and production processes, requiring strong analytical and laboratory skills. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing detailed chemical and physical analyses of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, and making usage decisions within the SAP system based on these results. The specialist will also oversee plant chemistry operations and actively participate in chemical development and technology projects. Key tasks involve the planning and execution of chemical syntheses and complex physico-chemical operations, alongside general laboratory duties. Candidates must hold completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician (Chemielaborant) or Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), combined with relevant professional experience. Success requires strong proficiency in both German and English, excellent team communication skills, and knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
