Job Summary

This role is for a Software and Web Developer within the DLR Project Management Agency, focusing on the *IKT-Softwareentwicklung* department. The core mission is to digitize and continuously improve funding processes by developing high-quality, secure, and data-protection compliant software products. Day-to-day responsibilities include the planning, conceptualization, and development of database-supported, web-based systems, along with the creation and maintenance of web presences using various Content Management Systems (like WordPress and Drupal). The developer will also be responsible for developing and integrating APIs for monitoring and geo-information systems, evaluating new technologies, and providing internal consulting. Candidates must hold a university degree in Computer Science or a related field and possess at least three years of professional experience in software development. Essential technical expertise includes web development frameworks, relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL), agile methods (SCRUM), modern architecture (MVC), Git, and Docker.
