This role seeks an experienced Electrical/IT Field Service Technician to provide comprehensive technical support and maintenance services nationwide, operating from the Bremen office. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting basic fault analyses, performing function and system tests (e.g., using multimeters), and providing hands-on technical support to customers on-site. A key function involves integrating and updating software solutions into existing devices, modernizing communication and media technology, and meticulously documenting all service activities according to quality standards. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification in IT or electronics (such as IT Systems Electronics Technician or IT Specialist for System Integration) and possesses technical knowledge of circuit diagrams and testing systems. While initial experience with software installation is beneficial, extensive travel readiness across Germany is mandatory.
