Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Technical Sales Support Specialist to join a client in Illertissen on a permanent, full-time basis, starting January 1, 2026. The core mission involves supporting the customer consulting team with all administrative and technical processes surrounding house connections, multi-utility connections, and various network services like construction power. Day-to-day tasks include processing work orders submitted through installer and customer portals (iConnect), generating necessary construction documentation, creating and billing maintenance orders via SmartExtranet, and meticulously maintaining data across various IT systems, including SAP. The successful candidate will also serve as a key contact for customers, handling inquiries and complaints professionally and solution-orientedly via phone and written correspondence. Key qualifications include relevant commercial or electro-technical training, initial experience in the energy sector, and proven proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and web applications. This role offers a competitive salary package, a 37-hour work week, and 40 days of annual leave.
