This full-time, permanent position seeks an Intermediate IT Implementation Specialist to support a client in Dachau, Germany. The primary responsibilities revolve around maintaining and deploying IT infrastructure, focusing heavily on operational support and process management. Day-to-day tasks include independent incident handling for deployed end devices, specifically mentioning systems from vendors like Garderos and Insys, in collaboration with local service and system operations. The specialist will also manage Change Management activities, such as providing remote support for commissioning and managing system decommissioning.
