Job Summary

This role is ideal for a skilled technician who enjoys combining technical service expertise with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the repair, testing, and maintenance of diverse technical equipment, including printing systems, multifunction printers, POS technology (cash register systems), and medical devices, directly at international client locations. Key responsibilities involve independent order processing, coordination, and follow-up, ensuring prompt and efficient solutions while acting as the company's representative to the customer. To succeed, you must possess a completed electrotechnical qualification, strong networking and PC skills, and excellent communication abilities.
