Job Summary

This role requires a proactive Service Technician to join a regional team responsible for the repair, testing, and maintenance of specialized technical equipment across international customer sites. Key responsibilities include servicing printing systems, multifunction printers, POS technology (such as cash register systems), and various medical devices. The technician will manage the coordination and follow-up of their assignments independently, acting as the company's representative to ensure high customer satisfaction through quick and efficient technical solutions. Candidates must possess a completed electro-technical education, strong PC and networking knowledge, and excellent communication skills. While prior experience in the repair of comparable devices is advantageous, the company provides comprehensive, specialized training.
