Job Summary

This role involves providing essential Second Level IT Support, focusing on maintaining and managing client hardware and ensuring smooth system operations in Dingolfing. The technician will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and administration of client hardware, performing installations and updates of operating systems and various software applications. Key daily activities include providing on-site service for end-users and system services, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and executing customized installations and configurations as needed. The ideal candidate must possess a completed IT qualification (such as an IT Specialist in System Integration or equivalent) and relevant experience in Onsite or general IT Support. Strong proficiency in German is a requirement for effective communication in this role, which offers an interesting and responsible field of activity with good development opportunities.
