Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled Data Scientist / Data Engineer to join an agile, cross-functional team dedicated to maximizing the value of the 'Voice of the Customer' within the Customer Service environment. The primary objective is to transform customer interaction data from various channels into actionable insights, driving strategic optimization and enhancing customer satisfaction through data-based decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and linking relevant data sources, performing complex data transformation using tools like dbt, and developing reports for diverse stakeholders. A core focus is the analysis, design, and integration of sophisticated AI models for use cases such as automatic topic analysis and trend recognition in customer feedback. The ideal candidate must leverage comprehensive experience in Data Mesh and Data Product architecture, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and modern data preparation techniques (SQL, Python). Expertise in Cloud Computing (GCP preferred), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and a strong DevOps mentality are essential for ensuring code and system quality through automated testing and continuous integration.
