Job Summary

This role involves joining a consulting team, supporting sales in presales and workshops, and providing comprehensive customer support. Day-to-day tasks include installing, configuring, and setting up workflows using the JobRouter software, as well as conducting training sessions for both users and administrators. A core responsibility is translating workshop results into clear, documented concepts and independently managing customer projects to ensure quality, adherence to timelines, and budget control. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a JobRouter Consultant or relevant software expertise, coupled with technical knowledge in PHP, JavaScript, and SQL, gained through IT education or studies. The position requires strong consulting skills, patience, a solution-oriented approach to process design, and willingness to travel within Germany.
