Job Summary

This role involves joining a growing consulting team, offering the flexibility of working from home or one of the company's locations. The Consultant will play a crucial role in the sales process, supporting pre-sales activities and conducting customer workshops. Key responsibilities include advising and supporting clients, installing and configuring JobRouter software, and setting up complex workflows. The consultant is also responsible for independently managing customer projects, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and budget control. Furthermore, the role requires translating workshop results into clear concepts and documentation, and conducting comprehensive training sessions for both users and administrators. Candidates should ideally have prior experience with JobRouter or similar software, proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, and SQL, and strong German language skills (C1 level) to effectively communicate and travel within Germany.
