Job Summary

This role is critical for supporting a family-run biotechnology company dedicated to improving cancer diagnostics through the production of synthetic peptides and antibodies. The Biological-Technical Assistant will be heavily involved in hands-on laboratory operations, including the calibration of essential equipment (scales, pH electrodes), and the meticulous manufacturing, filling, and labeling of buffer solutions, antibody dilution solutions, and fixation solutions for In-vitro Diagnostics (IVD) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC). A key component of the role is organizational support, including efficient order processing, inventory control, and strict adherence to Quality Management Systems (QMS), specifically EN ISO 9001, EN ISO 13485, and IVDR documentation. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification as a Laboratory Technician or BTA, demonstrating high responsibility and a precise working style. The position offers a secure, full-time role in the Potsdam Science Park with flexible hours and a diverse range of tasks within a motivated team.
