Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a Junior IT Service Technician to join a successful, nationwide IT service provider in Barleben. The position focuses on providing essential IT support, including the installation of hardware and software according to specifications, active participation in rollouts and staging processes, and meticulous analysis and resolution of IT faults. The technician will be responsible for delivering both First and Second Level Support directly to end-users on-site, requiring strong coordination and communication skills. Key qualifications include a completed vocational training in IT, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, and initial practical experience in IT support. The successful candidate will benefit from a thorough onboarding process supported by a personal mentor, flexible working hours, and the option for permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
