Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced IoT Service Technician to manage and maintain intelligent connected systems onsite in Mannheim. Day-to-day responsibilities include proactively monitoring IoT sensor systems for technical stability and analyzing complex fault patterns within Operational Technology (OT) network environments. A core function is troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to the IoT infrastructure directly at customer locations. Furthermore, the technician is responsible for creating detailed documentation regarding Internet of Things implementations and managing the configuration of OT network components. The ideal candidate possesses a relevant IT degree (such as Business Informatics) or vocational training in System Integration, coupled with several years of professional onsite experience in IoT technical roles. Key qualifications include practical knowledge of IoT sensor technology, network protocols, and platform services.
