Job Summary
As a Systems Engineer for Production Processes and MES, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of manufacturing by actively developing and implementing innovative software solutions within the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) domain. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve defining requirements for new MES solutions, overseeing their end-to-end implementation to ensure seamless integration across operational interfaces, and conducting on-site system tests to guarantee smooth functionality. You will also be responsible for analyzing and modeling manufacturing processes and making necessary system adjustments. This role requires a strong understanding of process interdependencies, a proactive and solution-oriented approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines. Ideal candidates will have a background in industrial engineering or business informatics, professional experience in a production environment, and initial project management skills.
