Job Summary

This role seeks a Bioanalytical Method Developer to apply their scientific expertise within a modern, regulated environment, actively shaping innovative analytical processes from initial development through to automation. Key responsibilities include independently planning and executing the development and validation of bioanalytical methods, with a primary focus on ligand-binding and cell-based assays. The developer will analyze clinical and preclinical samples, ensuring strict adherence to GxP guidelines (GLP/GCP). A crucial component of the role involves optimizing existing processes and driving efficiency through the automation of analytical methods using laboratory robots and liquid-handling systems. Candidates must possess a completed university degree in natural sciences (such as Biochemistry or Biotechnology) and fundamental experience in establishing methods like ELISA and ECL. The position requires strong analytical thinking, self-reliance, and the ability to maintain meticulous, compliant documentation, coordinating laboratory workflows and presenting solutions in team settings.

Completed university degree in Natural Sciences (e.g., Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry or comparable)

Experience

  • Profound experience in the development and establishment of bioanalytical methods (e.g., ELISA, ECL, cell-based assays)
  • Experience with laboratory automation and liquid-handling systems (desirable)
