Job Summary

This role involves critical planning, dispatching, and coordination within technical facility management, ensuring smooth operations for global manufacturing clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, processing, and tracking all technical fault reports and inquiries, both via phone and email. A key function is supporting site management with employee scheduling and disposition. Day-to-day tasks include short-term technical analysis of disturbances across various systems, thorough documentation of completed services and measures using software solutions like SAP or CAFM, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders regarding fault resolution. The position requires a systematic and structured approach, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Ideal candidates possess a commercial background with technical knowledge or a qualification in building services. Required Skills

Education

Completed apprenticeship/qualification as Commercial Clerk for Office Communication, Office Clerk, Industrial Clerk, or a completed commercial qualification with a technical background, or a technical qualification in Building Services.
